Thanks for your post and words of encouragement. Yes actually I have come to the conclusion that if he wasnt "the one for me" or not meant to be, I'd rather have it go bust sooner rather than later. Six months wasn't that SOON, it's ample time to figure out if you're compatible or not...but oh well...everybody's different I suppose.

Although after this thread I had loads of NEW people approaching, I'm in no rush...I'm just chilling out and meeting people for drinks / coffee and that kind of stuff.

I agree with you...my princess is the best thing that could ever happen to me...I love her to bits....although only 7 years old she is there to comfort mummy when she sees me sad....such a cutie!!

A break up is always painful, but being able to put it out here is a sign of healing. Pointless dwelling on it....especially when you DON'T know what went wrong!! But anyway...it's one of life's experiences, and surely one that makes me stronger if anything!
