Whenever my irritable emotions are out of control, I use this technique: I step away from that place and start observing my own breath until the emotions come under control so that i do not harm anyone physically or verbally.
I have a variety of changing characters, it's pretty hard to describe, most of the 3 personalities I've seen in myself. But one common thing in all my three characters: I am sure that I do not harm anyone.
Some times i act like a child. Some times like a fool. Some times like an intelligent person.
When I get angry, I move away from there until the anger subsides completely. I respond only after the anger subsides, because whenever I have responded in anger, it gets converted into react.
it may be anything. The main issue is how much we react and how much we tolerate. It is clear that everyone has both flaws and virtues. Instead of reacting to each other's flaws, remove them from your virtues and tolerate the flaws that remain.
Perfect man and perfect woman is a myth. Perfect match and perfect life is a myth. So it is better to increase our tolerance and decrease our reactivity. Our reactive nature can make us judgmental.
By spraying insecticides, a vegetarian diet is saved for humans by killing billions of insects, rats. Today maybe every food is killing food. This does not mean that now vegetarians will start eating meat. One who eats food has its own logic and justification.
