it's quite hard to know. Because someone's true personality can be known only by living with him/her for a long time. A personality that looks attractive from afar can be deceiving later. Not everything that glitters from a distance is a diamond. precious stone is very hard to find.
The scale of maturity can be different for everyone. According to my view, someone is mature when he/she is able to control his/her own emotions and can understand and respect the feelings of others. And myself have not been able to fully mature upon this standard of mine.
