Hard life makes you strong and easy life makes you weak. The one who is strong from inside makes hard life easy for himself/herself and the one who is weak from inside makes even easy life difficult for himself/herself.
Once trust is broken, it is very difficult to trust again, be it in others or in yourself. But life runs on trust, that's why you have to trust again, there is no other choice. The sooner this is understood, the sooner the way of living will become easier.
i think, no life is good or bad, when happiness comes in life then every life seems better, but when misery comes in life then the same life seems bad.
