A calm mind attracts goodwill and a disturbed mind attracts illwill. Everyone is good in a calm-mind. If you want to know a person properly, then see how that person reacts in disturbed-mind. The reason for your disturbed-mind can be anything. When anger, hatred, jealousy, greed, fear, ego, lust etc. dominate a person's mind, then how much change occurs in his/her behavior. The difference between the behavior of calm-mind and the behavior of disturbed-mind is the right assessment of the person.
