Just to show how good a pianist(classically trained) Kieth Emerson was, the wonderfull cover of Tim Hardin's, Hang on to a Dream. The 'jazz' part just after two minutes is particularly impressive.

Buddha certainly would not of said just be yourself as his teachings clearly stated, the 'self' only exists as a figment of our imagination, the self does not exist...anatta, no self. No, they have a large range of condiments, all in bottles. Not sure if they have white pepper though, a rarity in eating places these days. I have to have white pepper on my fried eggs..
