Feel the fear and do it anyway. Most women like a strong man. Be yourself, by all means....but hide the fear, if you can. Not all women are into dating younger men. You can only determine this, by getting to know her first. by asking questions.
We don't have the answers for you. We don't know what the outcome will be, but try not to doubt yourself. Be steadfast in what you want.
I'd done some modelling work for the company I was working for at the time, so definitely didn't have a weight issue. I guess I was so afraid of losing him, and taking the comment the wrong way....I reacted the way in which I did. We went on to have a 17 year relationship.
I'm sorry to hear of the situation you found yourself in with your children. I'm pleased to hear it's no longer an issue for you.
Yep....I had bulimia for a very short period of my life....in my mid-20's ....was living with my boyfriend in Sydney and working a very stressful job. I recall he made ONE comment.....I was very petite at the time.....but the comment he made set me off....he said: "You'll never let yourself go and get fat, will you?".....I was mortified....so stooped to developing this eating disorder for about 4 months. I got quite ill, and of course, I eventually confided in him what I'd been doing. Thankfully, the situation was rectified....before it became too embedded in my life.
I'm about average weight now, I guess. If I overeat one day, I simply cut down the next. It's just about keeping things simple. All things in moderation, I say.
RE: The Music Room
That's impressive Track....Is the room sound-proofed by any chance?
