You killed the parents only because of their incurable painstaking terminal illness, and rather than watch them suffer, you painlessly aided in their planned suicide, but not before promising them, their children will be loved and cared for, and if you'd had breasts you would have nursed them.
There is a vast difference between "being in a rut" and suffering from depression.
If you truly have experienced the latter, you will know.
Make some positive changes in your life, incorporate some exercise. Keep away from social media for a while....but if you're experiencing a continual low mood, despite making changes in your life, then I would recommend you see your Doctor.
