Though difficult, and other posters have said, the only thing to do is sever all contact with her. You need time to yourself. You're not ready to mess with other women....just keep busy with work/hobbies/routine. Time is the healer.

Can you possibly start thinking less along the lines of negative mental health symptoms and start actively looking around you at life, in general. I'm sure this would help your state of mind.
