pedro27: what do you know about psychosis?
Yanno Pedro....each night after I'd read a story to my young children and tucked them in, I'd say "think good things...sweet dreams"
Can you possibly start thinking less along the lines of negative mental health symptoms and start actively looking around you at life, in general. I'm sure this would help your state of mind.

Yes, but you're continually focussed on it.
Distracting yourself away from mental health issues, occasionally, surely would be therapeutic for you personally??

Your threads on mental health issues don't inspire me Pedro, and, in fact.....I feel more inclined to jump off the cliff after reading them....

. If you were never a sufferer of it and you took to smoking weed then you are more likely to start suffering, l have a friend who smoked a lot and he ended up in a mental hospital in Holland for 3 months and now has to take a pill every day for the rest of his life.
There are so many things that will not help a person with it and a lot are your surroundings, not just where you live but also people around you, if you have a possibility then you need to move out, change your life your 'own' way, do not be swayed by others, try to think at your best time and be forceful in your desire to do as you intended.
You can see doctors but all will have the same attitude, all have been trained to do that but you are an individual and what is best for you may not be good for another. It is very easy to advise others about what "You" think they should do but it is not always a 'way out' for that person.

He cannot!!!Think positive!!! His state of mind is focused,on"his mental symptoms". Maybe, just maybe,he believes,it is normal everybody, has to have mental health symptoms.- Maybe for some,is difficult to accept, that the vast majority hasn't got psycological mental symptoms, similar to their own.
