Could be bad timing dreamer, there is a meet in Dublin in mid September, doubt if anyone will go to two of them. Also I think the only place where a meet could be successful anymore is Dublin, unfortunate but true. Even Cork can't get enough regulars to attend and make a meet a success.
On the contrary, if anyone else did it it would be examined but the Yanks bring out the usual knee-jerk anti-american response from Western liberals. They did have to do it to end the war.
