I don't think you are. I believe that we needed that 'kick' in the butt, so to speak. It is very humbling to hear from another country 'friend' that tells us where we are in our way of thinking. To read what you have posted should make us realize the impacts of what we have done in the past and what we can do now and in our future.
If the administration that runs this country were better and had more knowledge, then maybe the people in it would pull together better. It is my opinion -- notice I said my opinion -- that if we could get the administration out of office, and replace with those wiser, more confident, Country Men/Women, this country would turn around. Until the current administration realizes that this country is crumbling around their ears and open their eyes, we will continue to 'hate' those around us as there is a dividing line among everyone as you can see from this thread and other threads about Obama.
I agree with you. The supporters of Obama are the ones that are not in direct line of his fire. If ones had to live within the means that Obama is making the lower and middle class live, then he can be their hero. I just wish they would take him to their country and out of ours.
Here is a hint! You are a very nice looking man, younger than my baby daughter, and there are women out there. God is not finished with you yet and as long as you live, you have an opportunity to make a difference. Keep participating in those walks and community efforts. These will pay off.
Well those 'friends' lie to you all the time anyway. Those are the ones that tell you "you are so good looking that you could melt the heart of anyone". But they forgot the Ice Queens of this world don't melt.
Those same attorneys also look at a client's bank balance before they take them on. I was in a wreck in 2005 and because they person that hit me -- hit and run -- did not have any insurance no attorney would take the case. I had to fight it myself.
Not offended in the least. I had a student a few years ago that weighed less than 100 pounds and she thought she was overweight and was always on a diet.
The look the man gives you when you arrive for the interview and the man says "you sounded slimmer and younger on the phone". At this point,I politely say "Thank you for your time." Turn and walk out. When going out the door, look to see if they are with the BBB and report them. It is discrimination.
If a male walked in for an interview on the same position, all he would have to do is smile, and wear a suit with a tie. Hired on the spot for more money than the female that walked out the door -- all because of weight.
Do you feel like mutt and jeff when you are dancing? Short story: When I was young, my friend was 5'4". We went to a bar, and they soldier 6'9" (no joke!) asked her to dance. Her nose was at his belt buckle
It should not be about the weight or how frumpy a person looks unless they are unprofessional. It should be able to brain and the way a person carries themselves. But we all know that does not happen. I have been told I was overqualified for a position when in actuality the manager wanted some blonde bimbo sitting at the desk.
I have seen the same picture on about 20 different profiles. Sometimes I look over them, sometimes I may report them -- especially those who send me an email stating they just love my smile! Get for real, yousers!!
RE: Obama’s Tripling of the National Debt
We have flat tax rate. It is flat on the lower and middle level to pay
