Ok, check your system properties to find out what you're working with, first. (go to your start up menu, go into "control panel" then "system")
When is the last time you defragmented your 'puter? (if you do a search for "defragment", your computer should be able to guide you. It's rearranging information to make your computer run more efficiently.)
Shortcut for a tab page is "Ctrl + T".
