When I don't feel well(like now), I sleep off & on for about 45 mins at a stretch. Normally(as a single person), I get about 5 hrs a night. With someone beside me, I may actually get 8 hrs.
I too have stories about how Hospitals behave towards it's laborers. Downright shameful, it is. I had one lady go so far as to grab my leg while I was perched 5' in the air on a thin ledge! That one pushed me to snap at her...
"It's a good thing this is a hospital because if anyone of my crew falls because of you, one of us is going to need it!!"
They tend to forget the people who aren't wearing little white coats & writing prescriptions are still part of making the place work.
...*sigh... I remember USSR. Such a lovely place for the conditions I saw back then. :)
