You're welcome...I used to get severe cramps, the only thing that worked for me was 2 advil, a cup of hot raspberry tea (I'd add a couple drops of raspberry extract too if available) and a heating pad over my abdomen. bouquet

I have no idea...I woke up and couldn't fall back to sleep. Seems that I can't sleep for more than 5 hours at most lately.

Then again I slept on and off all day yesterday, so maybe that's why. dunno
