I used to have a drug problem 21 years ago. I had an alcohol problem and fixed that going on 6 years ago...Then I realized it was just a problem with always wanting more...Now I try to think of more constructive uses for more...Whether I have the ability to apply those uses is a different story though
Leo it can get better, just be willing open and honest
My belief is that our souls want to and need to experience life on earth in order to come to a higher understanding. I don't believe that there is a total death just the death of the shell that the soul occupies here on earth in order to have human experiences.
Within the above I also believe that it's possible we either have concurrent lives in other realms or astral planes (how ever you want to word it). I think that life on earth is just a mere part of what our souls are experiencing. When we bring ourselves to a higher understanding and listen to what our souls purpose is, it becomes a smoother path for us because we aren't just submitting to our own human desires.
I don't believe that our souls necessarily communicate through verbal words when they leave the shell, I think they communicate through telepathy (a higher level of communication).
I also believe that when the soul has completed it's journey in this lifetime on earth that's when they body dies and the soul moves on to the next astral plane. The soul then makes the decision to either stay on that astral plane or come back in another human shell in order to experience a different path or to re-follow previous ones in order to see how different it may be if the human shell is more in tune with the soul.
We all have the ability to communicate on that higher level as well as the abillity to go back and forth between the astral planes, it's a matter of whether or not the human shell wants to remember and tune itself into it and is willing to truly listen in order to do such.
There was a poem by Isa Richardson that I had posted in the thread when we were told about the news of Paul's death. It almost speaks of this very thing. I have had several family members leave this earth in order to move on to the next astral plane. I only have to think of them and call to them and they are with me.
There's my .02
There's a lot more that goes beyond these couple of paragraphs but that would take a while to post.
I guess that means that you don't want to think about dating us female truck drivers then huh
On a more serious note...Personal hygiene is a big one for me. He MUST be able to handle having an intelligent conversation, be able to laugh and know the meaning of rule 62!
Trish I understand where you're coming from. That's the reason that those that practiced the ancient paths had gone underground for so many years. They feared being persecuted. When the "burning times" had commenced those that were practicing the ancient ways either had to conform to Christianity or they died. Many that did practice would get together cautiously and would change locations in order for them not to come under scrutiny. It was a real mess.
I don't believe that love at first sight is really love. You may feel a connection with someone, feelings maybe but I wouldn't consider it love.
Love comes over time. For me it's the interaction within the relationship, the way we look at one another, the communication whether it's words spoken or unspoken. You can feel passionate towards someone because of the way they think or the way the handle or present themselves in different situations. You may even be curious to see what would happen if you were to meet someone after talking to them and interacting for an unknown period of time.
I can't see how anyone can be in love with someone after just looking at them whether it be on a computer screeen or just upon meeting them.
Destiny is a whole different can of worms...
I believe we create our destinies by the choices we make. This also delves into my belief that our souls have a purpose in being here and if we listen with our heart of hearts we can become more aware of that purpose.
