No reason for this. If was true that algae exist (or existed) in other places of the Universe it doesn't means that abductor aliens will come.
It means that we could send terrestrial life to other planets. Not only diatoms, also species which can survive in extreme conditions of pressure and temperature, or chemical environments considered rare on Earth.

For sure this could well be carried out throughout Europe, at least south Europe. Spain is helping the banks with the money of taxes.
Countries which exhausted the money of taxes, like Cyprus, have create a new tax and they take out the money directly from the people´s accounts.
And the cypriots, of course, are trying to elude pay taxes like everybody does there (Banks included) taking out the money from their accounts first. And a high percentage of the population did it already.
I have no idea about the matter, but, does the germ can survive several centuries? I guess no one thinks it can happen, because researchers do not wear any type of protection.
Afghans understand better a caliphate that a democratic system, but for some reason it is assumed that who we do not understand a caliphate we must be against.
Anyone mentally unstable should get away from weapons until they get over it. Risk of suicide is a good reason, and do not know what to say about the security of others because special forces are taught to kill even with bare hands.

Good point. I guess Commanders blame the enemy of their own soldier's suicides. And better don't talk about war crimes excused under PSTD.
