RE: An Aussie

I always thought that buffalos were alittle big to be milked , wild comes to mind as well or just angry might be a better word . There are a few here crossed with angus I think , beefalos . I have read where they don't like being moved . All rush into a big huddle . laugh

RE: An Aussie

heres a little story you might like Ali , an old guy gave a talk at a Dairy NZ field day 2 months ago which one of my sons attended . Chap was in a village in Afganistan not far from China , the locals there allowed one cow, one heifer and a calf .At the start of the day one of the local boys gathers up the cows and takes them off for a days grazing . At the end of the day boy takes the cows back to village , cows then go back to their own homes by themselves to their calves , pushing through a one way door for the night . Not sure what breed as I was not told .

RE: 911 terrorism....american government.?

stays the same , strike the first USA , and add" a few individuals in the USA of high ranking positions ", makes no difference . Boban are you going to eat all that , you should know its rude not to share , Quote button not working

RE: 911 terrorism....american government.?

why would the USA bother to bomb their own ,no need to distroy their own buildings to bomb Arabs . WTF would they wish to bomb Afgans unless they needed it , to far supply lines no secure . Lots of closer arabs causing trouble . I have not seen any photos of a plane at the white house yet , missile , you bet if it was made in the US the guy(s) who fired it are still being yelled at . US bombers were shot down in Hawaii when people were caught with their pants down . Lots of US pants were down on 911 .

RE: Solar power picture thread

RE: Solar power picture thread

its the getting the power up the hill to it , finding the correct repeater won't be to hard now . was awhile back as I got in touch with telecom engineers trying to find a repeater and at that point nothing was around (three years ago) but is now . Govt is rolling out broardband to rural areas and I hope to get cheap BB that way as I pay 112 $ for three and I can't watch a u-tube clip if its a vidio where people MOVE on a music one clip as it comes in ,alright if still pics over music .

RE: Solar power picture thread

you got them in Aus as well , not to many woman around here though moping

RE: Solar power picture thread

yea can get telecom from on top from two or three towers , used to climb that hill to use the phone . Not keen to climb it any more either . Rather like my voip on the wall . Power up to there for a repeater and repeater is what could be going to cost the money unless . 16 years ago a bunch of us put up a repeater for TV signal costing us abit , within a year it was out of date as sky got going . It had taken some years to get it planned before I got here and went ahead which was a waste . When you say fast Robo , just how fast , can you watch a u-tube clip as it comes in ?

RE: Solar power picture thread

yea , still need power up for the relay for full time service either from here or its own system , pannels battery controller . Thats what I have to do to get onto the other satillite , all costs dollars as the bits all add up . There is a little booster sold for cell phones , works well with voda , my ex's current has one . It didn't work with their telecom cell phones , could be any number of reasons . Looking at topping pine trees beside house for mounting direct satillite dish . Tec stuff is changing quite quick , trick is not to be too quick to jumb as with the like of fleet link radio phone , chap next door signed up with a term contract and is a little stuck with it , nearly signed up myself .

RE: Solar power picture thread

If some one puts a tower that I can hook on I will be able to dump the dish .and save more than half the power . Vodafone took telecom to court as telecom had boosted their tower output which stuffed Voda's service , Telecom had to cut their power output .Good for Vodafone , not so good for my service . All I need is some cell service so it can be boosted here . I used to have to go onto the hill above my house , I'll send Pic.---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----
