Are we talking about being cute, hot, or both on the inside and outside? Or just one or the other? I guess that would depend on how well we "know" the person, right?
Try to focus on an "object" in the room, rather than the people. Also, if you can "pretend" the 16 people aren't "really there" -- that might be helpful, too.......
