I don't see a problem with people that were "actual victims" being compensated. It's not much different than a class action lawsuit in many ways. The whole idea of residential schools was wrong from the beginning . The government of the time and the catholic church are both responsible. I wonder if the catholic church is coughing up anything in regards to compenstion or even an apology.
I'm tired of being on the end of a shovel! I've been trying to find my survey pins and transplanting 80 feet of hedges. I felt like I'd been run over by a truck when I got up this morning!
