RE: age matters??

As people grow older, I believe age becomes more and more of a number. Though a 22 year old could be capable of being serious, this day and age I believe it is very uncommon. Speaking from experience, I prefer older women, although I am also aware that my age for the women I find myself compatible provides a problem for them. Perhaps it is insecurity, that they believe men desire someone younger? Perhaps it is that they recall being that young, and experience has taught them that at that particular age, one cannot be certain as to what they want in life. As we are aware that the younger someone is, the easier it is for them to fall in and out of love, as their interests change rapidly in their quest to find who they truly are in life.

Either way, I am sure you are capable of coming up with the most reasonable choice in this matter. Some women prefer to be with a younger guy, as it makes them feel younger. Sometimes we need that in life so we do not grow old and bitter before our time. It does take longer for people to grow up these days, as now younger people must pursue bigger challenges before acquiring the essentials in life that older folks were able to get by with when they were younger. The cost of houses used to run about the same as you made in a year. There was a time when the high school diploma was enough to succeed in life. Now these younger folks need to obtain a BA just to support themselves and any future arrangements that take place (Marriage, kids, etc...)

Commitments to a long distance relationship is all questionable only to your intentions and devotion. Ask yourself how serious you are when you set your mind to something before initiating action towards a long distance relationship. With this day and age we live in, we want what we desire the fastest way possible. People risk and as a majority, seem to have less morals they concern themselves with. I bet most of you don't even know your own neighbors. What does that have to do with things? A lot. As we become more and more of individuals, the con to that is that we become more selfish and only aware of ourselves as if we were the only one who deserves the best in this existence. Therefore one will put their needs before considering someone else. Especially someone very very far away who will be clueless as to what you are up to.

As far as this site is concerned, I think it is best you do not attempt a long distance relationship unless you have put a lot of time in person with someone who mutually shares deep feelings for you in return. Most people on this site (no offense, but from my observations) have issues with insecurities, commitment, manners and a list of other things that affect social and personal relationships with even others within their own community, let alone with someone from an unfamiliar community that may be different of their own.

Thanks, I think I will try that. That's another thing. Not a lot of people are friendly in this town, like seriously. It is like a bunch of stereotypical people in many small tribes. All my friends are lame when it comes to cars, they like them but do nothing. By the time it comes time to do something with their cars, they end up having a girlfriend and there goes the opportunity. I plan on leaving California later anyways, and I suppose I do have friends in California who do things with their cars. I have a Celica Car meet in Covina the 21st. I am just going to focus on that.

Well, right now (since they are never released in USA and will not pass smog in California) I am currently working on turning my celica gt into a celica gt4 st205. I have a few dream cars that I am sure I will get once I finish school. I am currently going to get my degree as a mechanic and try to work for Toyota through their programs and recruitment they offer through college(s).

Honestly though, my dream is to one day have a Mazda RX7 FD with a triple rotary engine.

I am not having woman troubles actually. I no longer care for finding a woman any more and I honestly mean it. I found out that I think about cars more than women and there are a total of 6 including the one I own now, that I plan on purchasing within the next 4 - 6 years (because all except for two of them I can get for under $3k).

I am actually at that age now where my family asks me why I do not have a girlfriend or try to get one. LOL Never thought that would ever happen, but as far as I see..... I had a shot at love. My ex, and even though I have sworn to never be with her again no matter the chances, I still do very much love her. I am grateful for the opportunity to have had love at one time. But marriage and such is not for everyone, people just want to believe it is. If that special lady comes into my life at 214MPH @ 8.76sec 1/4 mile with the right at-TRACTION

Then so be it. But I am, have, and been done searching. I just wanted to see how many people felt the same and liked cars. My family believes my ex wasn't going to work out because she was younger than me. For some reason they see me with an older woman. Then they think I am going to fall for a woman who is into cars as well. But I haven't met a woman who is into jap cars. Anyways, I forgot the point.

I know I haven't been posting anything in awhile, most of you do not know who I am and some of you probably forgot me. But lately I ran into this problem. My city is horrible for the dating scene, something is telling me to leave and once I finish school, I plan on it (Somewhere outside of California where you don't have to smog your car so I can do heavy modifications to vehicles). But lately I find myself thinking about cars more than I do women. My family has been pushing me to try and find a girlfriend, but I am mostly interested in cars. Laugh if you want to, but when I try to search for local girls to talk to on myspace..... They either seem stupid, not my type, unattractive, or they look somewhat cute but stinky at the same time (It's a long story on that one). Anyways, I thought I would try to find out who loves cars as much as I do with this one. Of course this isn't a car site, it is a site for a shot at love, so this will probably either be ignored or whatever. I am really just looking for someone to talk to about something really.

Or when you were a kid playing in the tree and your mother says "If you fall out of that tree and break your legs, don't come running to me!" LOL I always loved when my mom said that, because she meant it and was serious.


Anyways, we do that because those are the people who like to be assured and assure things. Sometimes for conversation as an excuse to keep communication going or to start a conversation. We also do it to comment. Either way, it is assurance.

Sorry to hear about the cat being put down, but I am sure you will find someone. Just don't sell yourself short and do not just settle on this site. Go out, have fun, and let others see your smile. People want someone who shines light through their smiles and their laughter. When someone doesn't do such things, it makes it rather hard to approach them without second thoughts. First off, thank you everyone for your replies.


To answer your question, I haven't went directly to a film school. I have my eyes set on one and finally returned to school, but I, for some reason, thought I had to go to the community college and get an AA first, and then I seen the university here provides Film as a major, while the community college only offers theatre. So while I am failing my online theatre class, because of reasons out of my hand that began with them sending the one book I needed most somewhere else and taking 2 weeks to get here. I have decided to just go directly to the university for my general education until I can find a good film school. In the mean time, I am going to begin writing a little something I have been influenced to tell from my own personal, spiritual experiences that I think would make a good film and submit that to see what happens.

I am sorry to say, if you are interested in these things, perhaps you should not watch the lost people on tv, but consider (And I know I am going to get some $#!t for this) reading up on religions. Yes, I said Religions, not just one. Read their doctrines and such. Most "Ghosts" can be identified as Demons. Demons cannot take the form of a human to completely deceive you, so they try in other forms. Sometimes their purpose is to drive you away from beliefs of the church, by making you believe there is not such afterlife. If you believe the souls are lost, then where do they go? If not Heaven or Hell? Therefore, it would make sense to know that if people even have souls *Which is religion again* then there must be a Heaven or Hell. So if you believe in supernatural, with this understanding, wouldn't it make sense to head to the source of these theories (and I say this with respect to those who do not believe in religion)?

I do not claim to know all, but I have messed with Witchcraft in the past, refusing God and anyone trying to help. Although I learned something from all this. The events happened by coincidence, which leads you to either believe in the fact it was just a coincidence, or the fact that these things are in effect, but with logical sense to it. Which helped me understand how and why things happened in a religious aspect. Science being the logical sense to prove the changes of things brought by the reasoning of a religious or supernatural sense.

I trip out on women dating older men. I can't help be to see it and say to myself "Someone grew up without a Daddy", but I know that is wrong of me. I just can't friggin help it. Especially when it is a hot young woman, and the man has gray hair. But hell, it happens. I just know I won't be the old man who is into young girls old enough to be my granddaughters. That's just But my problem is, I look too young for most women around my age or older, and I am too old for the younger girls (mostly). So until then....... I sleep with myself. LOL

I have short temper, and I worry a lot when I don't need to. Plus when I get hungry, I get lazy, because I hate cooking and I grow tired of eating out, so I push it back as far as I can by smoking until I can't take it. Those are my problems. I did go to the gym and I cut back for a bit, I still have my membership, although I got to clean out my car, clean my room, change out the water in my fish tanks, and install something into my car. I dunno, perhaps next week. I get nervous a lot, because of the fact I judge people (Which I cannot help), I can't help but to think about what others have to say or think about me. So when I am out in public, I am always expecting someone to say something so I can beat the bone out of their flesh. Smoking just is used to help keep me cool.

The more I hear it, the more I begin to laugh. So what. If you can't make the others go along with what you want, and it bothers you that bad, then change your photos, change your profile and play a different role. Otherwise, be content and stay how you are. Perhaps it is just a way to sort out the goodies from the baddies. Yes, I said Baddies and my spell check didn't even bother to kick in.
