That does seem strange,and i am sorry,i dont have an answer for you. I do know that because many woman get "unsavory" mail,they filter or block there mail.
I have diffleculty with the word assertive,as it conjures up "control" in my mind. I would consider myself confident and positive,meaning not afraid to make decisions,exept advice,take on responsibility ect,but always having consideration for the affect it may have on my partner.
The twice i have been to America,i was made to feel welcome.I enjoyed my stay. However,i prefer my adopted country of Spain,with all its faults,and would never consider returning to my original country,the UK. I admire your loyalty to your country.
