Bull, the larger the school district the more stringent the guidelines.
Also, the larger the district the more likely they are to have a web site in which they post both teachers and student pictures.
I work in a district of 3 separate sections, elementary, middle and high school. And ALL have web sites in which pictures are posted. They in fact post the staffs email addresses as well.
And as for the "good reasons" of not posting a picture, I am assuming it is because you are ....
1. Way to famous
2. Too rich
3. Too well known in your town
4. Your company won't allow it.
As these are the popular bull s**t lines people give.
