How do you know...you most certainly are...and if I ever make it out that way...you'll be one of the first people on my list...sooooooo how's that woman.....
Yes there are...I have met a couple people from here...In fact...I had a friend of mine come from England and spend a month with me 2 years ago and we are still good friends and had a blast together....and I have some other great friends that I still have yet to meet like Lela...but that's on my to do list for sure...and I have no doubt they are genuine...not just by who they are physically but also on the inside as well....
I don't think it can be argued objectively in my mind...It's a one sided issue right from the start...based on one religion...the bible and how it says the earth was created....I don't see how you can make the switch to science....they may be able to prove certain people lived etc...they will never be able to prove that god created the earth...so there are no objective variables to be able to do a scientific study....I mean what would the hypothesis look like??????
The key word is theory....Science isn't just about proven fact but scientific theories as well...I don't see creationism as a scientific theory...I see it as a spiritual theory...soooooooo I don't think it has anyplace other than in a church or Sunday school classroom...NOT to mention each faith has their own creation theory.....Sooooooo let them teach it....
Yes...It is a moot point...a dead horse...still trying to be beaten...and yes...our government is just as bad....and the idiot that's in there only has his own agenda in mind...in fact they were trying to get a no confidence through and to form a coalition government and the idiot shut down Parliament before they could...Soooo I don't know what's going on now....if they are gonna proceed or what....
Ummmmmmmmmm because I can..and I think what happens in the U.S. effects he rest of us don't you??? So once the U.S. entered into world politics...It is everyone's business what they do...case in point the economy....we are all effected by the U.S. and it's decisions....
Yes being a paralegal I know the reasons cases can be dismissed and I also know when a judge calls cases frivolous and harassment that he means there is absolutely no basis for it to be heard and can't believe that it has even reached his court room....So that tells you just how much merit these cases have had...and they have all been dismissed.....
What difference does it make???..He supplied his birth certificate and proved where he was born...Bush's birthplace wasn't in question..Obama's wasssssssss....so that's why there is no case...it's already been done and I am in Canada..sooooooo I didn't vote in any state....
Yesssssssssss.....the truth is there in black and white...BUT I see few are acknowledging that one...I debated on Obama for months before he became the Pres....there's not too much ya can slip past me...I heard em all and disproved em all too....
It is...this is the latest one that was dismissed:
It's nothing but conspiracy theories.....
Judges fed up with lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility. March 08, 2009 07:27AM
As the many lawsuits challenging Obama's eligibility make their way through the courts, judges appear to be getting a little fed up, and D.C. District Judge James Robertson penned a particularly harsh memo yesterday dismissing a case called
Hollister v. Soetero. "This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do. Even in its relatively short life the case, has excited the blogosphere and the conspiracy theorists. The right thing to do is to bring it to an early end," he wrote.
In the entertaining five-page memo, Robertson also describes the lawyers pushing the case as "agents provocateurs" and their local counsel as "a foot soldier in their crusade," and requires that he prove why he should not pay Obama's legal fees for filing a complaint "for an improper purpose such as to harass."
Yes I have been here for 3 years.....and I would like to meet someone yes...and I know there are some good people here too...I just have to find the one that is for me....
Claim: A Certification of Live Birth document provided by the Obama campaign is a forgery. FALSE
Example: [Collected via e-mail, June 2008]
I read that Obama will not release his birth certificate. Have heard rumors it's because he is listed as white. Or that because he isn't a U.S. born citizen.
Origins: In the first half of 2008, a number of rumors swirling around about presidential candidate Barack Obama coalesced in the claim that he "refused to produce his birth records" because doing so would demonstrate some or all of those rumors to be true: that Barack Obama was "not African," that he was a Muslim with a middle name of Mohammed, that he wasn't born in the United States at all (and thus didn't qualify as a native-born citizen), etc.
In any event the rumormongers were likely to be disappointed. Information about religion and race, when it was collected for birth records, simply reflected whatever the parents identified themselves to be; those values weren't officially assigned to the newborn children as immutable labels. And of course, no infant has any control over whatever names his parents choose for him.
As things turned out, when the Obama campaign made a copy of his Certification of Live Birth from the State of Hawaii available on the Internet in June 2008, it validated none of those rumors: The certificate shows his full name to be "Barack Hussein Obama II," it lists his father's race as "African" and his mother's as "Caucasian," it contains no information about religion, and it reports his birthplace as being Honolulu, Hawaii.
A number of self-proclaimed experts immediately seized the opportunity to pronounce the certificate a forgery (even though none of them had actually seen the original, just a scanned image of it), picking on such specious details as minor variations from other Hawaii-issued certificates and the lack of an embossed seal and signature. (Some forgery claimants even maintained that the certificate was actually an altered version of one issued to Barack Obama's half-sister, Maya.) Aside from the inherent absurdity of such claims (i.e., that a major party presidential nominee would risk his entire candidacy on a fraud that could be uncovered simply by a check of state health records), the supposedly incriminating details don't pan out:
the certificate is consistent with others issued in the same time and place, and the embossed seal and signature don't show through very well on the scanned front image made available on the Internet because they were applied to the back of the original document, not the front. Those who have actually touched and examined the original certificate have verified and documented that it bears all the elements of a valid certificate of live birth.
Moreover, both of Honolulu's major newspapers (the Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin) published announcements in August 1961 documenting the birth, in Honolulu, of a son to "Mr. and Mrs. Barack H. Obama" on 4 August 1961:
