Awwwwwwwwwwweeeeeee doll hang in there....don't panic yet until you know what you're dealing with and then I know you will do what you always do...deal with it with great strength and beat it..BUT it never hurts to show your scared either....
The only way you will ever get them out of criminal hands is to target the source and that's the black market and the illegal gun runners...and that's it...otherwise there will always be guns available on every street corner....
Yes the child was a citizen for sure...that should not have happened....BUT at the same time the mother was not likely to leave her child behind either....
Here are the ways to achieve citizenship in the U.S.:
Bases for Citizenship: Birth, Blood, or Naturalization:
The U.S. recognizes citizenship according to two fundamental principles: jus soli (right of birthplace), and jus sanguinis (right of blood). Under jus soli, a person receives American citizenship by virtue of being born in the United States. By contrast, jus sanguinis confers citizenship on those born to at least one U.S. citizen anywhere in the world. A person who does not qualify under either of these principles may seek U.S. citizenship through the process of naturalization.
She could not have been a citizen if she was deported...they don't deport people with citizenship...they are then considered citizens of that country and no marrying someone gives you the right to live in the country...not the right of citizenship unless you make actual application for it...many people live in countries with their spouses but don't hold citizenship....
In order to vote and have the same rights as a U.S. citizen...You have to be a U.S. citizen....which means if coming from another country an application for citizenship....a green card does not make you a citizen nor confer upon you the same rights that U.S. citizens have..it only gives you the right to live and work in the country....
Noooooo that should either be the responsibility of the parent or there should be some kind of gun safety course for them...BUT I don't see it being part of the school curriculum.....and wellllll I suppose it is up to individuals whether they want to own guns...but there indeed should be some guidelines like the ones I mentioned...
Guns don't kill people...People do....And people who kill are gonna find a way whether it's a gun or some other weapon....responsible gun ownership...background checks for criminal records etc and safety training should be the key...Criminals will always get guns regardless to commit crimes...it's called the black market...so when you put laws like banning gun ownership into place...all you are doing is punishing law biding citizens....
Here's one I have had a lot too...I am walking or driving sometimes...just taking my time...but have no idea where I am going...it's always in a strange place I have never seen before and there is usually a bridge in it....
Ohhhhhh and I never arrive at any destination by the end of the dream either....
Welllllll it certainly does...when you only have soooo much money for things like a roof over your head...food and heat in the winter...or better yet have to make a choice for the month which one you need the most....
