Hi jb distance is an issue for me too, have made some friendships here i value and would love to meet some off the people here. But alot of the men who contact me do not go in the forums, so guess i come on mainly for the social side. There is someone i wish was closer but
Your right and most are between 50 - 65 yrs old the men are normally in there 20's - 30's so there is an element of stupidity there, BUT when your so lonely and insecure ir's sad. Playing with people's hearts to that degree is wrong and immoral jmo
Hi Robbie your right they are Con Men and good at it, i saw one women loose everything even her plane fare home, the guy bought a bar with the money. I have warned women and been warned to keep my mouth shut.
hi danny and i agree with trish and Claayer too, believe me you have so much time ahead of you, enjoy being single and have a good time plenty of time to meet the right person and settle down with all the responsibilties that brings
I think it depends on so much and im not saying it can't happen : Here it is notorious for women coming on holiday falling in love generally with a man much younger and losing thousands of pounds! It is reported in the press and women's magazine's all the time in UK there is even a web site about it and women's experiences. But i am NOT saying this is always the case, just that people need to be very careful who they give there heart
Today is Mother's Day i hope everyone who is unable to be with Mother's,daughter's,son's , has been able to make contact to you bring you that little bit closer.
They are the worst often from a nursing background with no idea about Community Care or Supporting in the Community. I had many run ins, often found useful help in the Community Care Act, majority of them had never read it , or would argue i need more money to put there package together, mention 'budget' and they had heart failure
I don't see how you can be an effective Manager unless you have hands on experience ?? You can't understand the problems or find a solution without it. It should be team work throughtout without support workers these organisations cannot function they are invaluable . ok i'll shut up now
ppl need continuity of care to develop trust and to achieve, i loved my job and often covered shifts be relieve staff i could see were knackerd, much to the dissaproval of other managers who didn't see it as there role
I think part of the problem is generally the salary for a support worker is not great and does not always attractive the rght people with the right attitudes for supporting people making recruitment difficult and sometimes lenghy because of police checks. Good line manangement review and appraisal should identify training needs, if that doesn't work they can be encouraged to leave but are very protected by employment law . Making alot of the organisational policies a farce !
sure you weren't there ? What amazes me that there so called ' FRIENDS actually encourage them to get up and make complete pratts of themselves??? just don''t get it .
i promise no mincing cowboys ! it is a love story but not with a really good mix of action to some parts are quite gory!! hid behind a cushion , but well worth checkin out
