For protection only. There was a man here in Florida that did live that kind of life.."Trapper Nelson" in the Hobe Sound/Jupiter area of Central Florida. They called him "The American Tarzan", a hero of mine.
My daughter went totally to a Vegan lifestyle. Now she has a business selling cakes and confections without animal products. They are delicious and some look like works of art using natural coloring from vegetables I have been slowly gravitating to this lifestyle. I find the foods more satisfying. There is a product, "Beyond Burgers". You can't tell the difference between those and a real beef burger! They also sell a sausage product that's great.
I'm still looking for a movie my daughter recommended, "Cowspiracy". Have you seen it?
People who vape heavily usually use a 3mg or 0mg eliquid, very low nicotine. Cloud chasers especially. I'm a flavor chaser, 6mg is my sweet spot but I vape lightly MTL (mouth to lung). I started at 24mg to match the cigs I was smoking then gradually reduced nicotine level. Don't use the new salts, those are for the heavy addicts!
Nicotine by itself is not dangerous, actually very beneficial to brain function (reasonable amounts of course). Its the burning of tobacco and paper not to mention the rest of the by products produced that cause problems. I enjoy vaping, guess that's the point, personal vice. Now I am against doing it in public buildings or where a lot of people around. You never know who might be allergic, have asthma or other respiratory conditions. Vapers as well as smokers should be considerate of those that don't.
There was a "Smoker's" thread, thought I'd see how many people vape. I've been vaping 7 years now quit smoking cigs immediately when I tried vaping. I do squonking, 6mg, assorted flavours. I used to spend upwards of $150 a month on cigs, now its maybe $30-$40 a month on eliquid.
You would enjoy the first Star Wars, "A New Hope". I could watch that over and over. The others just can't touch the first. Have never seen the other Star Wars past "Return of the Jedi". If you like Star Trek as I do, there is a very interesting episode of, The Black Mirror, "U.S.S. Callister", VERY good! Kind of a "take" on Star Trek. Think its on Net some where. Enjoy!!
