Just about bought a sailboat this year, very close to purchase I realized all the costs involved, really it was not in my plan after all, I came out with a better design that I plan to build later with more space for living...

Had a garage sale years back had some hagglers came and I laughed at all of them, I listed the prices fair and most of the stuff if not all were mint, after telling them to take a look at how new it looks, no one argued back and payed with a smile, by the end of the day I had 1700 dollars in my pocket and my neighbors were not happy
Have been to many countries in SE Asia, I have a friend in JKT Indonesia, she is a Lady and I wondered if she was after the big ticket because she thought I was the man for her, Her family is extremely wealthy and to make a long story short she ended up getting married to a guy perfect for her, I was happy for her and ended the friendship as I was not sure how I would fit into because there are many differences in Culture...
I know it is quite the game over in SE Asia in general as the Asian culture is geared in Class and meaning how much loot you have and there is alot of greed over there, there is however some good ones over there...
