for instance
the woman who begs for a rich husband so she doesn't have to work when 10 years down the line with said husband cry's the face of him because she has no life of her own

or

the husband who decides to give up work to take care of the kids but then spends it down the pub with friends

Most religions believe that Sacrifice is the ultimate virtue. Pride is the exact opposite of Sacrifice. All "sin" is based upon pride, all virtue is based upon sacrifice.

on a more serious note i really believe that these are what make up mans personal downfall. My worst is GREED least is PRIDE i guess. But then again when i really think about it PRIDE really does mess with me..........So who knows they all do.

i agree with this ,myself i try not to flirt too much incase i tread on toes ,i try not to show any anger in the fear of being bashed (and yes its happened) most of what you see with me is what you get but i will put my hand up and say honestly that yes i mute my emotions due to others .

il state my reason for being on c.s ,last year after getting out of a messy relationship i happened to come across this place and decided to join ,at that time i wasn't looking for a soul now its different as iv learned to love myself again and im also ready to love someone else .
