RE: Losing my religion....?

Ref #1

RE: Losing my religion....?

I agree with you my little ray of sunshine the woman who fell in love with me deserves a medal.

The OP's original reference I refer to is.

About the heavy fine awarded to the synagogue of many thousands of pounds for having a large wedding, which is what this thread was about.

RE: Losing my religion....?

Well, it's nice to know we can agree on some points, after my rejection of youlaugh

Most of the Christians I know are not trying to impose their religion on anyone, although they deserve respect for their beliefs, they are good people always ready to help.

RE: Losing my religion....?

But by your own admission, some people still need religion in their lives, and it is a force for good, as Rumples says, it is a good way of structuring your life, and family life, which is something I still believe in, would you see us go back to the caves, might not be so good for women.

RE: Losing my religion....?

Getting back to the OP comment, I have absolutely no sympathy with these people at all, if you break the rules you must pay.

If you can't do the time don't do the crime.

They were putting our lives in jeopardy, fine them.

RE: Losing my religion....?

You may be right in what you say, but I believe people should have the free choice whether they want religion in their lives.

Some people are looking for divinity in the universe which is not quite the same as religion.
But if someone want to worship at the synagogue, they should be free to do so.

RE: Where are the friendliest people you found while visiting foreign countries?

Without a doubt the Finnish peoples, Father Christmas lives in Lapland. they are the most honest also.

RE: Street wise

My cleaner is French and streetwise, when she was young, she used to pickpockets , and she is good.

Her mother didn't show her any love unless she brought home something she had stolen.

RE: shamanism

And I suggest you behave and not interfere as you usually do.

No wonder you got in trouble at college, you are not the nice person you pretend to be.

RE: shamanism

I don't know what happened all those years ago, that he(Jesus) was a wise and charismatic man is apparent., whether he was divine is a personal belief,
AS far as the here and now are concerned, I have no desire to entice you or anyone else to prove anything to me.

With all due respect, I have no romantic interest in you or anyone else on CS at the moment, this doesn't mean I won't be friendly.
tip hat handshake

RE: Tree

In the SW we have many subtropical trees and plants. Because of the mild climate, it's not unusual to see palm trees in peoples gardenslaugh laugh laugh laugh
