Elon Musk Says He And His Family Won’t Get Covid Vaccine.

Elon Musk wears a lot of hats. He’s a billionaire business magnate, industrial designer and engineer as the founder of SpaceX and the CEO and product architect of Tesla. Now he’s added an amateur immunologist hat to the rack.

Musk, 49, says he won’t be taking a vaccine for COVID-19 anytime soon, saying it’s just not for him or his family.

In a podcast by The New York Times opinion section, host Kara Swisher asked Musk whether he or his family would get a COVID-19 vaccine when one is ready.

“No, I’m not at risk for COVID. Nor are my kids,” the father of six said.

Swisher also asked Musk about lockdowns intended to stem the spread of the virus. The entrepreneur said that he opposed them because they did not “serve the greater good.”

“It has diminished my faith in humanity, the whole thing… the irrationality of people in general,” the South African said.

“Essentially, the right thing to do would be to not have done a lockdown for the whole country but to have, I think, anyone who’s at risk should be quarantined until the storm passes,” Musk said. “I mean, this is a hot button issue where rationality takes a back seat. In the grand scheme of things what we have is something with a very low mortality rate and high contagion.”

In May, after the COVID-19 spread had peaked in the U.S. and begun to ebb, Musk defied lockdown orders in California and reopened, even though the state allowed only “essential” businesses to operate. Musk wrote on Twitter May 12: “Tesla is restarting production today against Alameda County rules. I will be on the line with everyone else. If anyone is arrested, I ask that it only be me.”

Musk said at the time that employees who felt at risk didn’t need to come into the office. “If they have a legitimate reason to be at risk then they should stay at home,” he said.

“Tesla has been, apart for several weeks where we were shut down by the state, and then the overzealous Alameda County, which was a travesty, but apart from that we’ve been making cars this entire time and it’s been great,” he said on the podcast.

When Swisher argued that his views on COVID-19 run counter to his work to help humanity — from space exploration to electric cars, Musk said simply: “Everybody dies.”

Musk also said that he has been putting a lot of effort into the coronavirus pandemic, working with Harvard University’s epidemiology team.

“We’ve also spent quite a lot of time with the Harvard epidemiology team doing antibody studies, Tesla makes the vaccine machines for CureVac, [Microsoft founder Bill] Gates said something about me not doing … like, hey knucklehead, we actually make the vaccine machines for CureVac, the company you’re invested in,” Musk said.

RE: Help....

Just remember one thing!

"A bad outcome does not equate to medical malpractice. A patient can die in the operating room or suffer adverse side effects without anyone being at fault. Unfortunately, people still suffer even when doctors do their jobs perfectly. Medical malpractice only occurs when a health professional or health authority has been negligent."

If you feel the surgeon was negligent then I would pursue it or at least get a second opinion. Checking with an experienced surgeon from a regional teaching hospital may help and if limited funds are available you should get some assistance. Claiming you're milking the government is not the answer and what you need is a good advocate on what to do. I would not do extreme workouts until you know for sure what your situation is and usually a GP cannot help unless she finds a reason to investigate further. Just by your description, it doesn't sound right and yet a perfectly straight leg may be impossible to achieve regarding how it was broken. A regular fitness expert may do more harm than good and a medical rehabilitation expert may be more appropriate for now.

Good luck as I said. wave

RE: Help....

Hi Tar, again, sorry to hear. Sounds painful and no wonder you can't concentrate. You should definitely speak to another malpractice lawyer who may accept your case for a percentage of the settlement and give you a second opinion. Although the office I'm thinking of no longer takes new clients they do suggest alternatives and I'll give you the website privately if you wish. Worth a try... may also produce new options. Good luck and keep your spirits up.

How Did Lifelong Government Employee Joe Biden Make Enough Money to Owe $3.7 Million in Income Taxes One Year After Leaving the White House?

Paying more in taxes means often correlates with making more in revenue. Just how much revenue does Joe Biden make?

Following yesterday’s NY Times bombshell (that is actually a nothingburger) about President Trump’s questionably acquired tax returns, one of the big focus points is how much the President paid over the years in income tax. They’re playing on the ignorance of the American people who do not understand how taxes, depreciation, and real estate investing work at that level, but nevertheless it makes for a great talking point. On Twitter, many are making a big deal about the notion that President Trump paid $750 in 2016 and 2017 while bragging that Joe Biden paid much, much more.

Federal income taxes paid in 2017 (jointly with spouse):

Joe Biden – $3,742,974
Kamala Harris – $516,469
Bernie Sanders – $343,882
Elizabeth Warren – $268,484

Donald Trump – $750

— Max Kennerly (@MaxKennerly) September 27, 2020

But somewhere along the lines the left seems to have missed one of their favorite talking points. They vilify the rich on a regular basis as their one of their predicates for embracing socialism. To each according to his need, right? With that known, how exactly did Joe Biden, who has been a “public servant” for almost the entirety of his adult life, make so much money?

Wait. How does a life long public servant make so much money they need to pay $3.7 million in taxes?

— Pretty Lieb (@prettylieb) September 28, 2020

Charlie Kirk summed it up best with one Tweet. “I’m far more interested in the tax returns of a politician who became a multimillionaire than the tax returns of a billionaire who became a politician,” he said.

What the NY Times and everyone else should be asking is how Joe Biden and his family of "working class" people translated his lifetime in Washington DC into dozens of multi-million dollar ventures.

VP salary is $235,100.

Joe paid $3,742,974 in taxes in 2017.

Hmm.

— JD Rucker (@JDRucker) September 28, 2020

Instead of worrying how a lifelong real estate developer legally used the tax system to minimize his burden, we should be asking how 5-decades in Washington DC equated to the Biden family becoming extremely rich.

Biden’s Texas Political Director Implicated in Massive Mail-In Ballot Harvesting Scheme in Harris County.

A Biden Campaign operative in Texas is attempting to rig the 2020 election with the help of others in a massive ballot harvesting scheme, according to two private investigators who testified under oath that they have “video evidence, documentation and witnesses” to prove it. With the help of mass mail-in ballots, the illegal ballot harvesting operation could harvest 700,000 ballots, one Harris County Democrat operative allegedly bragged.

The investigators—a former FBI agent and former police officer—claim that Biden’s Texas Political Director Dallas Jones and his cohorts have been “hoarding mail-in and absentee ballots” and ordering operatives to them fill out for people in Harris County illegally, “including dead people, homeless people, and nursing home residents in the 2020 presidential election,” Patrick Howley of the National File reported.

President Trump Trump Retweets: ‘Maybe The Clinton’s Won’t Get Away With It After All’ As Durham Widens Probe.

President Trump promised the American people that he would “drain the swamp,” and the popular chant of “lock her up,” became a central part of his message to root out political corruption in DC.

And while US Attorney John Durham’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation that led to the intelligence and judicial branches spying on President Trump’s campaign, transition team, and administration, a new source has suggested that Durham’s probe is wider than believed, and will look into the corruption within the Clinton Foundation. President Trump retweeted a link that has the title, “ John Durham’s Investigation Over Parts of US Attorney John Huber’s Clinton Foundation Probe,” with the comment from David J Harris Jr writing, ‘Maybe the Clinton won’t get away with it after all.” This retweet possibly suggests Trump knows something more about Durham’s probe, and that there may be consequences

WATCH – Bikers Rally to Raise Money for Girl Fighting Cancer: ‘The Kindness Has Blown Us Away’.

Bikers and other community members came together Sunday in Clermont County, Ohio, to support a little girl’s battle against cancer.

Jamie and Holly Gooch were saddened when doctor’s diagnosed their eight-year-old daughter, Emma, with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), according to Fox 19.

Holly said her child’s symptoms began showing up earlier this year.

“Bellyaches, and then in February, toward the end of February, she got a really bad sore throat,” she explained, adding that they found out about the cancer in March.

Since that time, Emma has been hospitalized on multiple occasions for her chemotherapy treatments and doctors later decided she also needed a bone marrow transplant.

“The next step was we got our family tested, which none of us were matches,” Holly recalled. “Be the Match was the organization that started looking for our donor, and we found one.”

To offer extra support and help the Gooch family with medical expenses, a group called “Rally Against Childhood Cancer” organized a “Rally for Emma” motorcycle ride that took place over the weekend.

“I just want to thank all those bike riders for chipping in and helping my family,” Emma told Fox 19.

The group shared photos of the event on its Facebook page Monday and thanked participants for their help.

“Because we operated the way we were meant to, everyone coming together in love to help someone in need, is why this turned out so great!!!” the post read.

“We always knew we had a big family out there, just with friends and extended family but the community is humongous,” said Emma’s dad, Jamie. “Way bigger than we ever dreamed and just the kindness that’s out there has blown us away.”

RE: Wear a mask, if you care. Wear a visor if you don't.

Every time we utter just a couple of words, we spray thousands of aerosol droplets, which are mostly invisible to the naked eye, into the air in front of us. When someone is infected with a respiratory virus like the one that causes Covid-19, each aerosol droplet can contain thousands of viral particles, each with the potential to infect others nearby who breathe them in.

If you're wearing a visor there's a good chance the inside of the shield will pickup an aerosol and if it fogs up under certain situations you then also technically need to wear a mask. This however will reduce your oxygen levels significantly over time and your eyes will water more or become irritated if you have allergies. Common sense tells you to wear a mask when needed, stay away from large gatherings, wash your hands often, boost up your IS with Zinc and Vit D ( with Dr. orders if they know anything ), reduce your smoking, pot consumption, and drinking and top up all your vitamins and minerals if low.

Ignoring there is no infection present is simply absurd and the only thing I dispute is that it may be a toxin bio-weapon instead acting like a virus as the few autopsies that have been done point in this direction. China is not innocent... they planned this and it's obvious they hold the secrets to the mystery they are hiding. Also, COVID19 seems to attack men more which is not normal for natural viruses unless clinically altered, wherein one study found that 94 percent of the patients with interferon-attacking antibodies were male. This can also be one of many reasons why men are more at risk of developing severe symptoms of the virus. Another finding revealed that rogue antibodies are present in 10 percent of critically ill Covid19 patients. The researchers also found that 3.5 percent of critically ill patients have experienced a rare mutation in at least eight genes. In short, if this is true finding the right vaccine will be almost impossible and many individuals will have to die off before herd immunity is ever achieved if it ever is... sad but true. We'll know in a year... only time will tell.

‘Liberty Dies Like This’: Tory MP Says Parliament Must Take Back Control of Coronavirus Laws.

Conservative MP Steve Baker has accused the government of undermining the rule of law with its coronavirus legislation, warning that “liberty… dies like this, with government exercising draconian powers without parliamentary scrutiny in advance”.

The Coronavirus Act, which allows Prime Minister Boris Johnson to unilaterally make laws without parliamentary scrutiny, is due to be renewed in the House of Commons on Wednesday.

Up to 60 Conservative Party MPs are reportedly preparing to defy the whips and vote for an amendment which would force Johnson’s government to debate and put to a vote any new coronavirus laws before they are put into effect.

Chairman of the backbench 1922 Committee Sir Graham Brady penned the amendment, and told The Observer on Saturday: “It is essential that the House of Commons should have the opportunity to debate and vote on emergency measures before they come into force.”

— Sophy Ridge on Sunday (@RidgeOnSunday) September 27, 2020

Writing in The Telegraph on Saturday, Brexiteer MP Steve Baker said that he would be supporting Sir Graham’s amendment.

“Parliament must take back control,” Mr Baker said, continuing: “We need a system which meets the joint ambitions of the Government and Parliament for prompt and effective action, with few opportunities for mischief and yet prior parliamentary approval before liberties are taken away.

“It would help improve the law and public consent for it. It would be consistent with our constitutional norms and maintain the principle that delegated legislation is not amendable by Parliament.”

Speaking to Sky News on Sunday, the MP for Wycombe criticised the rapidly changing coronavirus laws, which according to The Telegraph had changed 200 times in the past six months.

“We’re in an environment when you really can’t know whether you’re a criminal or not with this much law coming in and changing so fast. This is not a fit environment for a free people.”

“How do people think that liberty dies? It dies like this, with government exercising draconian powers without parliamentary scrutiny in advance, undermining the rule of law by having a shifting blanket of rules that no one can understand.

“It’s extremely serious… this is a very serious moment,” Mr Baker said.

The MP explained the Brady amendment, saying “it’s all about MPs having a vote on the government’s policy before it comes into force and takes away people’s civil liberties.

“Members of Parliament are feeling increasingly helpless as their constituents complain about real impacts on their lives, their jobs, their prosperity, indeed their health, which comes as a side effect of COVID measures.”

Baker said that his colleagues were not proposing to take power from ministers or take away the business of the House of Commons, rather that “the government should use the procedure that puts a statutory instrument before the House for a debate and a decision.”

RE: Wear a mask, if you care. Wear a visor if you don't.

People in Japan including citizens of the world do not wear N95 type masks 24 hours per day on the street or at home only wearing simple cloth ones instead or cheap medical imitations to go shopping or in large gatherings due to new laws which are different in every country. How masks are worn is also important including the material used and at this point, their value in stopping the infection is extremely questionable and in doubt.

If people do use masks it's usually older individuals with suppressed medical or immune systems, psychological reasons, or high levels of pollution. Most patients entering Triage however with COVID19 are long time mask users and for the first 3-4 months of the infection, the majority had no masks once nations ran out hoarding supplies for medical staff. 80% of COVID19 deaths in the US were due to poor conditions in NH/LTC units and not solely transmitted by inhalant means as now touch infections are more common. You better understand that the more you wear a mask, stay in lockdown, live in fear, only listen to misinformation, etc., you are more likely to die from other medical conditions, lack of oxygen to essential organs, depression, stress, and especially if you never exercise or have regular activities to have fun. Vitamins and minerals should be monitored if low and other markers to indicate if you have a lower IS response. Do as you wish... but wearing a mask, hiding in a basement, and being hysterical all day will not save your life with winter approaching fast.

RE: Wear a mask, if you care. Wear a visor if you don't.

Facts about the WHO and Tedros.

1. He Is Not Actually A Medical Doctor.

Dr. Tedros is the first African Director-General to be appointed to the WHO, and the first in its 72-year history to not be a medical doctor. He has never practiced as a medical doctor. His doctorate degree is in philosophy in community health and he holds a master of science in the immunology of infectious diseases.

2. He Is A Far-Left Politician Who Was Part Of A Brutal Regime.
During his bid for the $260,000 a year job as the head of the WHO, Dr. Tedros was serving as Ethiopia’s health minister and had served as foreign minister.

He vowed to make universal healthcare his central priority if he managed to become the World Health Organization’s Director-General. Dr. Tedros hired a public relations firm to help him clinch the top job at the WHO.

In the mid-1980s, Dr. Tedros graduated from university and went to work for a Marxist dictator as Health Minister.

Later, after the dictatorship was overthrown, he joined the Tigray People’s Liberation Front, which was listed as a terrorist organization by the U.S. government in the 1990s.

In 2010, Dr. Tedros served as the Number 3 in executive leadership in the Ethiopian Peoples’ Revolutionary Democratic Front. During the election that year, the EPRDF won all but 1 of the 547 seats in the legislature.

In 2016, while Dr. Tedros was the Foreign Minister, he got into a public fight with Human Rights Watch for reporting on the EPRDF’s brutal attacks on their own citizens.

3. He Has Exhibited Very Poor Judgment.
That has been made very clear in the way that the WHO has bungled the COVID-19 response and continues to cover for China and push Chinese propaganda.

In October 2017, Dr. Tedros tried to appoint Robert Mugabe as a “goodwill ambassador” for the WHO–which should tell you all that you need to know. He’s apparently not a great judge of character and is completely tone-deaf.

*The plan by World Health Organization (WHO) director-general to appoint Zimbabwe president Robert Mugabe as a goodwill ambassador has backfired and been rescinded after an international outcry…

4. The China Connection.
While Dr. Tedros was Foreign Minister, he managed to assist in the negotiation to boost U.N. funding to Ethiopia as part of the Addis Ababa Action Agenda. United Nations funding records show that Ethiopia received millions of dollars in funding–including from China who had previously contributed very little to the country.

5. Dr. Tedros Was An Awful Health Minister.
He is accused of covering up several cholera epidemics in Ethiopia while he was Health Minister.

According to the BBC, while he was Health Minister, “his ministry was known to discourage journalists from reporting about suspected cholera cases in the country.”

BRUTAL: 5 awful facts about WHO’s Tedros Adhanom.

Then some fools wonder why Tedros withheld vital information from the west regarding COVID19 and helped Xi including the communist in China destroy world economies.

RE: Saint RBG died. Finally!

To add, in my opinion, any female having multiple abortions from the same man or different men ( 2 abortions 35%- 3 abortions 8% CDC ) should be disqualified from choosing either life or death for the unborn and they are just as pathetic as females on welfare who create more babies for extra social assistance spending funds on drugs instead living in ghettos or illegals creating anchor babies to stay in the country. Democrats have ruined America... all laws at every level of government from local to the state have to be reviewed and the sooner the better to end this hypocrisy. Rather than promote transgenderism in schools for underage boys educational systems should go back to teaching basics including morals and wanting a society where all people have some sort of responsibility for their actions to improve life.

VIDEO: Fleeing Suspect’s Vehicle Drags Utah Police Officer, Kills Driver.

A man pulled over for a seatbelt violation fled the scene, dragging a Utah police officer with him before crashing head-on into a police vehicle, according to a recently released bodycam video from the Ogden Police Department.

The suspect, James Franklin, 23, died in the collision that took place in July, KUTV reported.

The video shows that during the traffic stop, the officer who initially pulled him over for a seatbelt violation notices that his license plates does not match his registration.

Franklin attempts to explain why the plates do not match the registration before the officer asks him to step out of the vehicle, according to the video.

Two other officers arrive at the scene not too long after the officer asked the man to exit his vehicle. The video showed the two officers trying to get Franklin out of the driver’s seat.

Moments later, Franklin starts to speed away, dragging one of the officers with him.

“ had accelerated so quickly that I grabbed onto so that I would not fall out of the vehicle. I estimated that was traveling at approximately 60 miles per hour as we began fighting over the steering wheel,” the officer wrote in his report, obtained by KUTV.

About a block away from where the incident took place, Franklin’s car hit a curb and the Ogden police officer holding on to the car was thrown to the ground.

Franklin then sped off. The officer then radioed his colleagues and said, “officer down,” while the two other officers tried to catch up to Franklin.

Franklin’s vehicle then hit another police cruiser head-on and died at the scene despite the officers’ attempts to render medical aid.
