The machine calculates Body mass Index, it's the proportion between your height and you weight, but it's true in my case those extra 9 Kg are fat not muscle, I'll work on it
Thank you , I was more concerned about health than looks, since I started controlling my weight my BP has come down to normal. I guess I'll celebrate with large pizza and a six pack
Just came back from the pharmacy where they have one of those machines that calculate you height, weight, blood pressure, BMI and other stuff, it turns out that my max ideal weight is 202 pounds (92 KG) where my actual weight is 222 (101 Kg), now I used to see myself as "average" but from these numbers I see that my real rating should be "A Few Extra Pounds", I see pics of people who call themselves average and even F.E.P and they are obviously obese, my question is, should this classification be personal and subjective? I work out 3 times a week and could tag myself as athletic (Contradicting the mirror), what's the criteria then?
