Normally I browse quickly in case someone else wrote something similar to what I have in mind, in that way I don't repeat but rather second the other poster.
You better get used to that here, many guys believe that if a girl replies even with a polite "thanks and bye" it's a sign that she's interested, so some girls to avoid this misunderstanding prefer not to reply at all, so whoever that girl is maybe she's not rude but just doesn't want to mislead you.
