I think intelligent person not just base on gender or not base on you highest title that you have.
But how wise you will use your knowledge (by always learn & share) that you have that I think more good way

A modern day feminist would be a financially independent woman who believes in equal rights for both men and women. For example equal pay for same position and responsibilities etc. That would also include the sharing of responsibilities when things go wrong ...

Definitely. On average Women are the more intelligent. However, Man is more likely - by some distance - to have abnormally high intelligence as well as abnormally low intelligence.
