Women are intelligent in some feaures. It never means Men are dull. Both of them have their own Natural responsibilities and features. Men is incomplete without women and vice versa. However,both of them have to take their own natural responssiblitis. One day it was shown in discovery channel that kids were in a room with some toys.Boys started playing with sticks and girls with dolls which clearly shows our responsibilities are different but natural. It is not forget to mention that women have taken one more responssiblity of doing jobs so that they can support their families financially. The equal rights never means a man should become women and vice versa. If the responsiblities of men are in one way suddenly the responsiblities of women in onother way.

I never thought I'd see the day when women and intelligent were used in the same sentence
I believe men can have more common sense than women, but women can be more fleible and able to juggle better.
In general, in my own experience, men can be more practical and logical; women can multi-task (yes, its true) better than men. Men seem focus on one thing at a time, work it through until its finished, where sometimes women can get bored.
Both qualities are equally beneficial.

I would add that a woman can run faster w/her dress up than a man can with his pants down. It's a scientific fact.
