Normally I browse quickly in case someone else wrote something similar to what I have in mind, in that way I don't repeat but rather second the other poster.
“To observe people in conflict is a necessary part of a child's education. It helps him to understand and accept his own occasional hostilities and to realize that differing opinions need not imply an absence of love.” ~Milton R. Sapirstein
vyoleta: I read but not the long ones,or very seldom the long ones. They must be really interesting to make me read them all the way through.
Totally agree. If a writer can't get the point down in a few sentences, or at the most, a paragraph, I'm outa there. Talk's cheap. Still waters run deep. That sort of thing--how are you doing?
I’ll read the O/P’s thread but not necessarily all that has been posted, too many drift off course. Depending on the thread I generally like sticking to the subject when posting.
venusenvy: I read the O/P post and then post my thoughts and then go back and read the members opinions Im interested in
The first page or two and members that are interesting or amusing
Then must get back to what I was doing before I was distracted.
"O'Great Spirit help me always to speak the truth quietly, to listen with an open mind when others speak and remember the peace that may be found in silence." ~Cherokee Prayer
Always...sometimes it's to see if my point has been made, others to expand on thiers, and its just fair...they take the time to read mine so i should read theirs...plus people have alot of interesting things to say
Boban1: You mean, how often do we read posts of other posters ,before we reply???
It all depends on the subject matter. I will read from the beginning but if I see something I want to comment on, then I will do just that, without reading any other posts.

To write my thoughts I need not to read anyone's others threads. I might read some comments on the thread I am posting but mostly I would read the OP and then place my comment.
