Another good post HJ. However, I guess I am one of the odd ones, not surprising. I am ok with being alone because yes I know ME is a good person. But I do miss that other person in my life. Someone to hold my hand, to just sit and talk about things of whatever comes to mind, but most of all the having someone to be in my bed at night that I can snuggle with, put an arm around him or his arm around me. That is such a peacefulness to me. So even though I am fine with me I will still wait for him to appear when I least expect it.
OMG Skimpy, I did not even think about them not being in business anymore. All I thought was, call my son and tell him how much I love him and then explain this message, geez man he just got home from Vegas. You really scared the crap out of me.
I met my ex on POF and I do have a gentlemen from their that I have been chatting with. Hoping to meet in the near future as he is only 3 hours away. However he does know that I will not rush into a relationship this time. I have a better feel for the people here because of the forums. But does seem like most do not want to make the first move. (JMO)
