As far as being common, I would guess that in the United States a person looking for drugs could be dropped off anywhere in the U.S and find drugs within 10 blocks.
People start out just wanting to know what it feels like, most of the time it's good. But little by little it will eats you alive.I tried lot's of stuff and thank God I didn't get hooked. A lot of my friends died from drugs, in their name I would say don't do it anymore, in a while you will have a natural high knowing you are strong and knowing you can look at drugs from above with a good mind.
I grew up in the bronx and the cops would get free lunch and things like that,and would look the other way at double parked cars at the business.But I never heard them demand free stuff.I also remember a cop walked in on a line behind me when I was a kid, I moved out of the way to let him go first, and he said you were here first and let me keep my place on line,,I guess it's the person.
