unfvortunately as per usual this gov has made a haims of it... should have brought in a budget with atleast six tax criterias from.. 20 k then 30 k then 40k then 50k and all above that mark..

to them i answer... they have the highest rate of 3rd car 2nd house purchases per pop. in the country.. fact!
that aside.. this whole situation was always gonna be tough.. just hope it brings us all together in the right way! not divide us into classes...
yes! is the answer to all you`ve posted... we`d never wish to be in a situation where our loved ones are involved with the endless great work of the firemen/women..health care etc...
however.... should you not associate money with the service these great people provide? this is a non-starter for me, in the sense that i always believed that that part of the public sector had a calling to do good..hence why i`m always and foreva will be in awe of their commitment...
but this is not bout what you do! thats a given... this is bout the whole nation taking a whack for the WHOLE good of a nation..
its not just the public sector takin a hit here.. unfortunately alot of the private sector have taken a cut...but its the dole queue for most or atleast 3 day week..
as i`ve posted before..a modecum of understanding is needed here, and as you posted..unity... not for the cause of costoing the countrys people another 400 million per day.. but by getting a deal... joining the rest of us, as we ALL suck it up and take it on the chin... jmo..for what its worth..

haven`t been on for awhile. but imo.. were our own worst enemies in all this... we were prepared to pay extra for ev thin...way above the odds...then in turn demanded higher wages or we`d walk..per say! and our incomes rose... we lost an entire generation of carring and worth for the community we live in, and traded it all in for decks 2nd cars and hols three times a year away...
now that the tide has turned were all trying to mantain un-realistic living standards to an almost californian standard..
many of us never put away for the rainy day, when we did with the gov spec savings funds..we went off and got more luxuries...wonder how many of us but it away again?
strikes imo are all well and good if the timming is right! its so not right, right now!! did we all get out and march for the cervical cancer re-instatements??? a lil modecom of perspective is neeeded at times like this... and a hell of alot of sacrafice from ALL sectors, be it private, public or other... jmo..for the record..
