been lookin at this situation now like ..forever.. come to one conclussion...its distance that the israeli`s crave
their systems of defence are subject to one limitation..strike distance from the perceived enemy(islam in general)...
having a selve determined extremist islamic neighbour so close to haifa etc..i.e gaza or west bank to jerusalem is not acceptable... their def missiles need min ten min take out time to be affective..hence also the golan strategy too as a barrier to haifa against damascus etc...
the only way forward as i see it for peace is not as simple as palestine v israel peace but an across the board peace deal on armaments and army movement between syria,lebanon,jordan,egypt gaza pallestine and of course israel...
if the israeli`s share their water harvesting and aquaduct systems and technology to gaza and west bank it`d be a great start..water is life after all...jmo mind?
had my troop at an early age..was keen to be able to play partake actively in them growing up...but that was me..... sometimes ya regret not having lived a lil 1st...but whenever you make a choice to be mam/dad`s...its gotta be really thought out and planned if poss...imo

one before last... did a quick tally of howlins(lab) versus twomey(ind. at time) for 100 votes from box in screen(ff heartland)... saw all twomeys1st`s and howlins 2nd`s to twomey and set rumour that twomet to be elected and 2 ff`s fight for one seat.... was real smug when it came in...was fun!!
can`t see it due to the wallace figgure..but look... it`ll be really close for the 5th seat...whether its 3fg or ind. or one ff or sf... watch wex guys
prob for those 2 is simple one has to do so bad as to be eliminated 1st to transfer over.so other can get in...not gonna happen both are too strong on ground in their local areas.. so their local stregth could ultimately be their down-fall
reckon the 2 of them could be lodged on 5,000 votes each with no transfers anywhere to be found...wallace with 4,000 and then pick up most all the non fg transfers....jmo

prob is that dwyer was last election candidate and he`s not now..gone independant...he`ll split the vote for sf in s/west of county near new ross(his home town)... think they`ll not have enough trans to hang round for last seat... and cause wallace is so popular in soccer circles and in general...he`s gonna pick up transfers ev where...enough to be there at the 5th seat battle..imo
i agree whole heartedly bout the oil/gas thing...as i posted before,ages ago,the same thing... we should make it our ""man on the moon"" mission... we would only need one strike of signifigance and then to borrow the dollar against the euro thru the u.s petroleum giants..
we could demand up-front capital at low low interest rates as against the insane ones from imf...jmo
