Yes I can agree with you, we are having alzheimer... we just need to look around the world. God has nothing to do with it, we have, it comes from our free will.
If a person has money to invest, maybe it is the right time to buy. maybe wait a bit more and see how the market will go after December, January. It may go down again, after the year end...just a guess.
Buying a house? Then if you want to change the job, town, state, country? In my country to sell a house in the next years will be a problem. In Portugal and in Spain we have a high percentage of house above the figures of our populations...We would need a few millions more of inhabitants.
With this crisis going on we never now where we have to be next month, next year, just to make a living...
I have a house... I was supervising the construction... now it looks like a prison to me... I can not sell it... I have to stay here.

The situation with Japan can be serious...they are using Japan as a target to the western world.
Never the less the world must pay the best atention to that country and give them some help. THEY NEED FOOD.
The people are very nice people, they just had a brain washing. I met them in Africa, they were nice, always very afraid of their own shadow when they were talking to somebody from the "western" world.
My dear young man, I can understand your feelings being in a country devastasted by war. A few years back the USA did not understand Irak was, is, the birth of our civilization.
But as a young one, start thinking in peace, in positive things. I know it is not easy. I am prieing every day for a peacefull solution in Meadle East.
Some of us we have a number in our ID, but we can be much more younger then young people. I am more young then my daughter, as I can accept changes and chalanges she cann't. Some young people they are so conservative and "narrow" minded that my grand mother who would be 120, if she was alive, she was thinking in a more openned way. But she was a special person. I am a bit like her.
Older folks, we can be every thing. We need to keep the body and the mind healthy. We know a few things more... like my grand mother was saying: "the devil knows a lot not because he is the devil but because he is old".
We have seen lot of things turning around in this world... By the way I am very excited abut the new project of solar panels in the desert, we can get as much electricity as we need...

So regarding languages: english, french, spanish, portuguese and how many indian languages??? I don't know. And the languages of all the migrating communities in America, from Alasca to Patagonia...
We can be in this Tread until... as leats 2010... but the way there are different calendars in America...
You wrote America... I can agree with you, there are a very large number of very rich cultures in America, North American, Central America and South America. All different all very rich.
Where would you like to start from? I don't much about North America, but I know a few things about South America and Central America. Having in mind Brazilian they own my mother language, not us in Portugal anymore. We are 10 millions and they are more then 200 millions.
