Yeah, but I love the car. It's a 2007, 18,000 miles, AWD, CD-6, spoiler, leather seats, color is called Alloy which is a drak gray and the interior matches and its in excellent condition. We've already talked price but I want him to come down $500 more to pay for the taxes.

This pic is of a huge treehouse that a friend of mine in Texas built for his grandchildren. It's really very big. If you ever saw the original movie Swiss Family Robinson, that's what this treehouse is like.
Chick brings something up. My daughter was 10 years old when I got divorced. I dated men but made a decision that I would not entertain the idea of getting married again until she went off to college. There is always the chance that a marriage will not work and I didn't want her in that environment again. By the time she was 18 my interest in marriage had dissipated.
I wasn't crying cause she hated me 29 years ago (she's now 44) I was joking that I was bad cause I said I wouldn't want to deal with children.
If I lived with someone again, my attention, and hopefully his too, would be on each other but not to the extreme that we leave friends and family out of our lives. My point is that I know what it was like to raise a 15 year old. Lucky for me she turned out to be a productive person. In all honesty, I just don't have the patience to do it again. I'm selfish and want him all to myself....in many ways
Well, 15 and 16 year olds hate their parents. As nice a person as my daughter is, about 3 years ago she told me how much she hated me when she was 15 years old. It is a trying time for teenagers and to be honest, I couldn't handle it. I am 67 and do not want anymore drama in my life. If the 15 and 16 year old lived with the mother and he visted them and brought them to our home for a visit I wouldn't have a problem with it but I don't want to be in a position to have to discipline them.
She is a piece of work Owen. I feel sorry for Jon. He definitely deserves the bike that was just built for him by the guys in the program on TV that builds bikes.
