Hi, I have just been there about two weeks ago for a one week holiday.


What is your understanding of relax?

There are plenty of SPAs in Malta.

There is plenty of coast with restaurants, walkways, souvenir shops, tourists.

There is also the country side with 5000 year old artefacts.

The breakfast in hotels is mostly buffet style and english breakfast style (sausages, beens, fried eggs, bacon, cereals, etc.)

The price level for drinks, food etc is cheaper than in London or Paris. Expect that the rooms in the hotels are small.

If it is a good place for gathering thoughts, I don't know.
Maybe it is too noisy for this.

Malta consits of three inhabited islands.
The smallest one of them is Comino.
That could be what you are looking for.

Yes I would. Given that I will meet with someone who is not native in Swabian (my mother tongue) then I would learn his/her language.
By learning her language I would show an interest in her, her culture and her peoples heritage.
Also she/he would not need to act as an interpreter everytime I visit her region.

What I know for sure is that I am not going to learn SwissGerman.
That dialect is nothing else but awful.

If you have to stay in a hotel, take a bundel of change with you.
You will need it.

If you are in a big city, then don't drive from one end to the other one in the same day. That is a waste of time.

Take a spoon with you - then you don't need to eat with your fingers. (in some families it is just not common to eat with fork and knife).

Two months is a long time, take a friend with you.

India is huge, which part of it will you visit?

I think you can find the one you will fall in love with.
But then internet the is just one step in the "fall in love process".


The danger is that you fall in love with an image of someone.
