Well, there is the chance of passing away everyday.

If it happens during a flight, then at least, my legal heirs might get a small comepsation from the airline.

So I do not worry too much about crashes.

Lets put it this way, for a number of economists it was a question of time that the American real estate and its funding system did collapse.

On the other side, nobody was able to predict how the economic situation looks after the bubble busted.

And now - all over the world - the central banks start to blow air into the next bubble.

The crisis was manufactured by those who bought flats and houses for extremely high prices with 100% mortgages.

The - broken down banks - where just the middle man in this bubble process.

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if it is a good or bad idea to date someone who is in the middle of a divorce fight?

They have been married for about 6 years.
There are three kids.
Now they are separated.
The legal fighting for who gets what is still going on.

Is it a a rather bad idea to start a relationship with her - while the other one is still not finished ?

It is just that some people - millions of them - and some bankers - thousands - of them, did forget some basic rules of the economy.

Rule #1 - Don't spend more money than you earn

Rule #2 - Do not issue asset backed securities

Rule #3 - Do not bundle asset backed securities into collateralized debt obligations

Rule #4 - Do not trust a Rating Agency, if the agency is paid by the issuer

Rule #5 - Don't forget Rule #1

I won't offense you, but if you don't find on CS what you are looking for, then it is because of your profile.

Your profile is too strict.

Sourround yourself with two or three friends, and let them rewrite your profile. That should do the trick
