Here's a cool tip, instead of buying Dolmio spaghetti sauce (for example), read the ingredience on the jar and make that your shopping list but buy it all fresh and organic if you can. Use your imagination to work out the quantities and you can perfect it next time.(I've got a friend who's a cheff, said canned tomatoe paste and canned whole peeled tomatoes are acceptable but the key to a great spaghetti is to not get the sauce out of a jar)
Can't say for sure but I think you'd be better off taking a reputable multi vitamin or just eating a balanced diet and drinking the 2 litres of water straight ! Say, when Arnie was Mr Universe, there was no Gatorade !
True people need salt and fat, otherwise potatoe chips, deep fried and layered with salt/chicken salt, wouldn't be so universally popular but don't you find that sports drinks don't actually quench your thirst?
Here's a word, isotonic. Does everyone know that it means? You see it written on sports drinks. It means that the drink has the same level of salts and sugars that your body has. Hypertonic would mean more and hypotonic would mean less (as in hypogloscemic. Diabetics would know that one=not enough sugar). My point is this, if you lose water through perspiration wouldn't you need a drink that was hypotonic? My advice is drink water !! The sports drink is a sales gymick, a plecebo at best !
Here's a simple word, hydrogen. What does it mean? sure it's a clear, colurless explosive gas but what does the word literally mean? It's made of 2 word, hydro and gen. Hydro= water and gen=origin (as in generator or gene). So hydrogen is the origin of water which makes sense as water is actually burnt hydrogen. Fwooaarrrrrr !
Todays lesson, brought to you by the letters H and O and by the number 2.

I think women on sites like this, particularly if they are attractive, get innundated with messages. I get enough my self but report half of them as scams. I imagine that a lot of people on this site have "their eye on someone" and are not really interested in chatting with anyone new unless you catch their attention in the forums maybe. And I didn't read your profile but I'd say by the sound of it, take Ralphs advice. Don't give up and good luck.
