The sort that tells us long pointless stories and likes to watch advertising shows on TV at night.
When we were in Colorado I saw this half hour advertisement for some kitchen gadget about a hundred times. I kept watching though because I was afraid if I watched anything new I'd get interested and stay awake to watch.
What are some of the natural cures that work for you?
I tried to go to bed and could not sleep. Katt started talking to me and I assumed she could not sleep either.
We talked for about 5 minutes then she started talking about something that did not make sense and I realized she was just talking in her sleep. She would not believe me that she was asleep and said she was going to get her mother to prove she was awake.
She started to snore a little then so I won that argument.
Katt came up with an interesting dish one time. Chicken stir fried with with hot peppers, fresh ginger, papaya, garlic and a few other fruits and spices on a bed of brown and wild and brown rice with toasted almond slivers with a layer of steamed kale.
For dessert we had some dead ripe bosc pears.
I suggested that we turn in early and leave the dishes for the morning.
True but there are men that hate women and women that hate men.
You see quite a few of them on this forum. What I don't get is why they are still trying to get into a relationship with someone they will never be able to respect and maybe never really be able to love.
This is what I get for not reading the entire thread.
What sort of input does she have from the women in their families? It would seem they might have some advice for both of them.
I honestly don't understand the culture very well. My understanding is that usually arranged marriages are close to a business deal and if you work hard at it and are a little lucky affection for the other person will develop.
Treat her respectfully, be kind, patient and honest with her. If she fell in love with your true self that will not change. Just be the same man she fell in love with.
Tried the tea, warm milk, hot bath none work reliably. I'm not wild about taking any sleep meds. I think there ia vitamin that is supposed to help. One of the B Complex maybe.
Does any one else get insomnia? Katt and have had it on and off since we were both little. Trust me if you haven't had it you don't want it.
On the nights I don't sleep I'm fighting to stay awake all the nest day until I get home. When Katt can't sleep I'm wondering all day if she will fall asleep at the wheel or get distracted from being tired and get into a wreck.
Has anyone else got the need to b!tch about lack of sleep or have I bored you all into ?
