yes the past can eather teach us or destroy us, the choice as to wich one is up to us.

Personaly I admit I have a few skeletons but for the most part I have learned, grown and moving forward.

I have known people that there relationships are all they have and have not developed any other interests or avenues of outlet in there lives but most of us do have more than just our relationships to mold who we are.

I agree, sometimes it is one persons fault, It takes two to make a relationship but it takes only one to destroy it.

I know I personaly have been perfect in all of my relationships and it has always been the others fault

Acutaly I have made my share of mistakes but I have also gone way beyond reasonable to make relationships work too.

thank you langleygirl. Excelent point. After my Ex left I spent almost a year beating myself up with the question Why was I not good enough and what could I have done better. The truth is She cheeted on her first husband, she cheeted on her second, ( I did not know about the first untill after we where maried), She cheeted on me, she cheeted on the guy she left me for, and later she cheeted on him too. It took me a while but I did begin to realize I was not at fault, she is just incapible of being faithfull and noting I could have done would have changed that.

I have most definately changed in my aproach to dating. I use to be the kind of guy who steped up to be the Rescuer, Knight in shining armor kind of guy, I would meet a lady with various problems and I would strive to be helpfull and solve her problems in an effort to make her life better. this has brought me to ladies who have no end to problems and as soon as one is solved they always have another. No solution is ever good enough and no matter how hard I tryed I could never make them happy or solve there problems. Now When I meet someone and they too quickely start telling me about all there problems I say Sorry, I feel for you, Good luck, have a nice life.

and sometimes you waste you time for years and never get anywhere and pass up oppurtunites because you cant see them threw your dedicated and focused but empty heart.

You got that right, she seems to only go after the guys who only want to use her and will never love her, I can see these guys for what they are so easily, why cant she.

you know I wish some of the girls I have known would be that honest with me. I know one right now whom I absoultely adore, every time Im around her I become accutely awair of my every heart beat, Just the touch of her hand makes me tingle all over, If you read her profile it describes me perfectly, I can, have, and still do offer her all the things she said she is looking for and more but all she wants to be is just friend. I dont understand that, Why she cant even give me a chance. It would be nice to know why other than " she just doesent think of me that way"... By the way it is a litte frustrating.

Mine has been up and down. Work went well for me but my brother has had a hard time. No ladies in my life this year, Still a bit heart sick over an amazing lady I met last fall and wants only to be friends but Im getting over it and starting to move on. At least Im looking around at possibilities. I and family have been healthy, the kids are doing great, Well thats it.

Yes virginia there is a santa Clause. He exisits as certanly as love and generosity and devotion exist and you know they abound and give to your life its higest beauty and joy. Alas how dreary life would be if there where no santa. It would be as if there where no Virginias. There would be no child like faith then, no poetry, no romance to make this dreary life tollorable. There would be no enjoyment except in sence and sight. The eturnal sence with shich childhood fills the world would be extinguished. Santa Certanly exists and will always exist to make mary the heart of childhood.

ya I too have had a conflict or two but I have found the best way to deal with it is treat it as a comody club and not take anything too seariousely here. If you do there will always be someone who will push your buttons.

I dont see Langley girl very often, Once in a while she is here but not for a while. I do enjoy talking to her. I dont know if it is because she challanges my intelect at times or is kind and supportive at times or if it is just because she has beautiful eyes. What ever the reason I do enjoy seeing her here.

There are literaly hundreds of events that would be cool to see, /stone hinge, the aztecks or the myans, US Revolution, The Knights pilar ( and see where they hid there treasure) The battles of marathon, but above all I think the resurection of Christ and to see how that all took place. that I think would be the most life altering knowledge to have,
