I worked, came home and took the girls out to see Tangled... set out milk, cookies and feed for santa's team (I was told in no uncertain terms that rudolph had to have carrots).
Up early to spend time with the family, then off to work to spend time with some special seniors in P.T., some of which have no family to visit them on this special day. I volunteered, breaks my heart to think they have no one to look forward to seeing tomorrow.

Most B vitamins are for energy and alertness. Take B12 for example, it's used in almost every energy drink out there today.

I'm heavily dependant on sleep aids, mostly herbal (and not the roll'em up and pass to the left kind). There are natural remadies on the market that target the production of the chemicals that tell your body it's time to sleep, temporarily increase that production and allow for a natural sleep cycle to occur. As of yet the FDA has not approved any such drug that would allow that chemical imbalance to be restored over time with a decreased need for the drugs use.

Drug companies just have to much intrest in repeat sales I think.

I would have to say as a friend, not a lick of difference, I have a few who are and ask favors from time to time.

As a partner, could present problems the more intimate and comfortable I am the more I tend to lose control of where thatparticular energy goes during sessions. Has caused problems, just all depends on how receptive/sensitive the other person is to those things.

Larry, have you ever thought about a documentary?

Think about it seriously, many film students are looking to make a mark by documenting and not many branch out into the genre of Criminal Law or the Court System (this is NOT the same thing as televised court room or tv dramas)

I personally know that Criminal Justice students don't have a lot of documentary movies or videos to research, so it would get seen and most likely referenced to in the years to come.
