So many great things to eat, makes me hungry...I love the blue crab--had it dipped in a beer batter--so yummy, and I've forgotten eggs too--what a horrid smell! I love avocados--best with hot green chilies, onions and tomatoes chopped up and mixed in with them...my favorite thing is fluffy buttermilk pancakes with real butter on them and real maple syrup just running down the sides, not swimming in syrup, just running down the sides--YUM!!!
Oh Shanniem, so sorry this happened to you...I watched the same thing happen to a nephew, is a very hard thing, I couldn't imagine if one of my parents left..and my mom almost did, my parents were fighting horribly one night and my mom had her suitcase and plaid coat on ready to walk out the door when they woke me up--they sent me to my room and had me close the door and I sat for hours crying, not understanding...I hope you can receive some kind of counseling whether it be through a church or group therapy, and your son too...it is important to not feel that you were the cause or for your son that he wasn't...and each day you will become a little stronger, and have a set back or two, but your son will learn how you react to something like this, and it will be important to be strong and not hateful, but to survive and move on....maybe eventually getting him into some type of big brother program, or an uncle, male friend that will have a good influence on him as well...you are a dear lady, and you have a wonderful son...take extra good care of both of you... time will place where what you left behind stays there, and you have moved forward away from it, with courage and stamina that will be your strength to carry on...
same here sweetie, only I do it when I'm walking my dogs and have sunglasses on so noone will see....I talk to my cats and dogs...and my dog Pawla comes over and jumps up on me when I'm sitting down to give me a hug... but I also run around the house and exercise here and there upstairs, downstairs..supposed to be happy now that I'm retired, but have some tough stuff to face, and it has stolen my joy...will find it again sometime....
Well there's plenty of great music, I'm havin a glass of red wine or two...working into the Friday night...weather should be warm here, perfect for a night ride on a motorcycle I hope....love the weather as long as it lasts..cheers to all of you, and whatever you do, be good, be safe..
Really shocking isn't it, men that don't grow up...it seems like alot of them are waiting for the next best option--not all men, but quite a few...I can empathize with you, but have no real answers...seems to happen to alot of men and women....who they're with looks for something better, somehow it seems so many of us are flawed, something, makes you feel like you aren't good enough, but take heart, when you least expect it, someone will come into your life worth taking note of, but go slow, don't jump in and try to get as close to "normal" as you can quickly, it seems to be a mistake not only people make in relationships, but I think society as a whole...if they mean to be here with you today, they will tomorrow, and see if they will the next day...I'm done with trying to jump into anything quickly...is really scary anymore. If they can't be with you there for the ride in life, than there is someone else who will, that's what time buys you...someone worth waiting for... best of luck to you sweetie!
Hun, block her...I had to block a guy who wanted me to post something on his facebook because there was a woman on there he wanted to get rid of, that was coming on to him...so I jus said something about like we had a nice weekend, and about 1 month later he's having a woman do the same thing to me, going on a motorcycle ride when he said he was sick...so I blocked him...wanted to leave it open, but I felt so bad...just blocked it...I'm better off....I might still think about him, but I think it's just about how dumb I was and I felt used, so blocking sure helps the hurt...
You are a stereo typical person, you think that smoking adds all the wrinkles? What about no moisturizer, or air conditioning in the car blowing in your face, or heat from the heater, diet, not drinking enough water, and you attribute smoking to wrinkles? You have no idea what your talking about obviously, and we do wear makeup for ourselves and then for you, and if you were near me right now, I'd blow a puff of smoke in your face, and you are the wimp that would probably shrink back in fear it might wrinkle your skin or pollute your space....and we enjoy it, smoking and people like you I would be tempted to purposely smoke in front of, although I do respect people that don't smoke and smoke outside or don't for a time out of respect which you don't seem to have for anyone but yourself, you want us to respect you, and yet you want to bash us for what we do in pleasure?
Also, boundaries are a good thing once a relationship is developing, and you need to communicate--let each other know where you are at....we don't carry around crystal balls to gaze into the future...at some point there is an expectation, but when you talk it out, amazing how you can see what page you're on...
you will find the perfect person when you aren't looking, and they just land in your lap and they will be someone who's faults are perfect too, there isn't one and neither are you, but life will be wonderful because you fit together and accept each other for who you are...
Being single with my pets sounds pretty safe to me, no more broken hearts, no more walking on eggshells, no more saying the same things over and over again, I feel like I should just make a cd, and there will be all there is to know about me
hand it over to a responsible party, if it was lost in a store, to their customer service dept., if it was found on the sidewalk, well the police would be the best to deal with that..
