i live in italy where the justice system is ruled by guarantism of the rights of the accused (or guilty) person till extremes...

it nearly always means that the victim ( the murdered one) is instantly forgotten and deprived of the same rights that are given to the guilty...

i cannot stand that and it makes my blood boil...

that being said..

despite my anger and feeling of extreme unjustice i won't accept death penalty as punishment..

i am aware of being idealist and not realist...
